National Highways
AliumBlue has carried out several projects for National Highways and has a pipeline of work on the Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance Technical Partner framework. This includes providing strategic direction, thought leadership and advice in four main areas: regulatory settlement planning; in-period monitoring & reporting; regulation; strategic asset management. In addition, AliumBlue is supporting National Highways engagement with stakeholders such as its Executive, regulator/monitor, watchdog and government departments as part of its integrated team.
United Utilities
AliumBlue has developed a multi-Capitals Value Framework and specifications for United Utilities' use in strategic investment planning, as well as helping to quantify the value of UU's proposed PR24 investment plan in multi-Capitals terms.
Asset Management
We advise asset infrastructure organisations on their asset management systems and operational strategy transformations, including ISO 55000, and analyse data and information to realise client benefits and deliver improvements.
Network Rail
We have supported the development of strategic planning capabilities and decision support tools for Network Rail including risk approach advice and multi-Capitals value framework development. AliumBlue has also supported the assessment of Network Rail’s asset management planning capability and identified the opportunities and barriers to risk and value based decision support.
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
AliumBlue Partner Adrian Rees has helped develop a multi-Capitals Value Framework for use in strategic investment planning, including internal and external stakeholder engagement and practitioner training material. Our support included elements of process mapping as part of improving business capabilities and the processes required to achieve these improvements. We have also provided strategic policy advice to DCWW in the areas of river quality and storm overflows in support of DCWW's commitment to meeting the First Minister's Action Plan for river quality, liaising with several internal and external stakeholders.
